Lauren joined our firm as our Recruiter, identifying, screening, and attracting top talent to join the CK team. After two years, she was promoted to Learning and Development Coordinator. As our Learning and Development Coordinator, Lauren is pivotal in driving initiatives that enhance our employee’s skills, expand our knowledge, and support our career trajectories as our industry is changing at a rapid speed. Learning and development are cornerstones of our employees’ success, providing opportunities for each of us to grow within our roles and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked in health care, starting in a hospital setting recruiting volunteers, before moving into nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Lauren earned her Bachelor’s of Education in Exercise Science from the University of Akron.

When she’s not helping Corrigan Krause find the best and brightest in the accounting world, Lauren coaches varsity volleyball at Norton High School and spends time outdoors hiking, visiting beaches, etc. with her husband, son, friends and dog. She also loves to check out wineries and breweries, new museums and art exhibits, as well as trying new restaurants all over the greater Cleveland area.
