With more than 40 years of accounting experience, John accredits his years of success to being a good listener and communicating the complexity of taxes in an understandable manner.

John graduated from the Miami University, Ohio before starting his own firm, Gorsek & Company CPA in 1989. Now as a principal at Corrigan Krause, he provides services mainly in tax but has many areas of expertise, including estates, gifts and trust, construction, manufacturing, succession planning, medical and legal practices.

In his free time John enjoys golfing, reading and cooking. You can also find him cycling and spending time with his family in Lakeside, Ohio. In addition John’s dedication extends into his personal life as he is an impressive three time qualifier for the Boston Marathon.
