As the Chief Growth Officer, Megan works with our leadership team to propel the firm forward by executing the strategic plan and long-term vision. Focused on internal and external growth, she will serve as a cross-functional catalyst to align and optimize firm-wide operations and activities. Megan will work closely with the marketing, business development, and HR teams to create new pathways to growth by optimizing resources, maximizing the impact of investment, and monitoring future trends.

Megan received her Bachelor of Science degree in public relations from Kent State University. She grew up in Rochester, NY and now enjoys visiting her family in Charlotte, North Carolina. Megan has enjoyed making Cleveland home and loves spending time with her husband, son and their dog, Kona. They frequently visit the Metroparks and never turn down the opportunity for a road trip.
