Dave is a Director at Corrigan Krause. He focuses on closely-held and start-up businesses. As a Certified Valuation Analyst, he performs business valuations for purposes including mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax planning, divorces, shareholder disputes and litigation. Dave is also responsible for the firm’s internship program, handling the hiring of young talent and structuring the training program. He graduated from the University of Dayton in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Beginning his career as an analyst in the banking industry, he joined the firm in 1995. Dave is a true outdoorsman. He shares his passion for hunting, fishing and camping with his two kids.
